This is a salary-exempt 0.5 -1.0 FTE (20 - 40 hours per week) position that reports to the Clinic Director. We offer an annual salary based on a $55.00 - $58.00 hourly rate.

Job Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
• Board certified in the state of Colorado.
• Two or more years in the NP or CNM role, working in an outpatient clinical role, with at least one year or more specifically with family planning and reproductive/sexual health focus.
• Experience in working with patient populations who represent a wide range of cultural, educational, socioeconomic, and linguistic backgrounds, adolescents, LGBTQ+, and gender-diverse individuals with a commitment to reproductive justice for all people.
• Ability to work in collaboration with clinic and organizational leaders.
• Agile, professional, nimble, personable, humble, and organized.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to verbally convey information effectively.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Problem solver and analytical thinker who can apply scientific rules and methods to complex problems.
• Helpful and collaborative workstyle, actively looking for ways to help others.

Desired Qualifications
• Skilled to provide dating ultrasounds and/or ultrasound for IUD localization with documented proficiency within the last three years
• Skilled to perform colposcopy and LEEP with documented proficiency within the last three years
• Trained and comfortable in providing gender-affirming hormone therapy to adults, with documented proficiency within the last three years
• Experience working with populations of interest, including underserved and marginalized communities, and knowledge of social determinants of health and trauma-informed care.

• Ability to provide care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, non-English speakers, and members of the LBGTQ community, including transgender patients.
• Ability to work well with people of diverse cultural, educational, socioeconomic, and linguistic backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and NextGen EHR.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
