Finding and keeping skilled clinical staff is a challenge for many US abortion providing sites that can drain resources and cause significant gaps in abortion access. Created and managed collaboratively by the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Clinical Abortion Staffing Solutions (CASS) seeks to minimize the impact of staffing shortages on abortion patients by offering job seeker introductions and Technical assistance services to abortion providing sites and individuals seeking opportunities in abortion care. CASS services are open to all abortion providing sites (including independent clinics and Planned Parenthood health centers) and individuals seeking abortion care opportunities free of charge.
